The tagline, "an unreal company of real people," reflects, among other things, my belief that while business entities exist on paper and in the abstract, people are real. The firm aspires to remain grounded in the reality of human experiences, ensuring that behind every move, the focus is on the people whose lives and livelihoods are impacted.

Collectively, our four core values form a bedrock upon which our community of people is built, serving as a guide and shaping our behavior, goals and priorities.
Compassion drives meaningful interactions, and pushes us to continually address inequality, cruelty, and our anti-discrimination causes. We care about being kind, caring, and supportive towards others. We also subscribe to the notion that we can continuously improve, and aspire to do better, in incorporating this core value in our work and external messaging, even when engaged in adversarial proceedings.
Justice is an important moral value for a company and firm engaged in the practice of law and politics. Folks should be treated fairly and equitably under universally-accepted notions of international human rights law. The individuals of the firm believe in leveraging individual privileges, not for individual benefit, but to advocate for the marginalized and stigmatized folks of our society, amplifying their voices, and standing up for them, when and where we can.
Inclusion helps us maintain ethics and stand out. Inclusiveness means that we want everyone to feel welcomed, respected, and valued, regardless of one's background or identity. We are continually shocked at how much we learn from others when we have the time and inclination to listen. We prioritize inclusion as fundamental to breaking down barriers and breaking through stigma.
Integrity is our Organizer's favorite core value. Integrity is a core value of the United States Army, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Abiding by a life of integrity means aspiring to be honest, truthful and transparent, personally and professionally, and involves deeply-rooted self-examination to be able to externally message truthfully, even when truthful messaging is unpopular or even considered unwelcome.
