This is the firm's eighteenth proposal.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Cottleville, Missouri – Hof Law has proposed its eighteenth idea to the Bipartisan House Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Caucus, urging particularity in continuity of government planning in the event of a sudden Presidential inability to perform the duties of the office.
Today's proposal follows recent public remarks of potential pathways to a third term on partial non-consecutive basis, emphasizing the relevant need to leverage the moment to help prepare for the realities of continuity of leadership.
With the current President being the oldest in U.S. history and recent lessons learned from his predecessor’s transition, the firm’s proposal calls for a proactive approach to ensure stability in governance.
“Our proposal is about readiness, not politics,” said Joseph Hof, Managing Attorney at Hof Law, LLC. “We have an opportunity to plan now, reduce uncertainty in the future, and help maintain dignity and respect.”
Hof Law, LLC remains committed to advancing pragmatic, bipartisan solutions that strengthen governmental efficiency and resilience.
